What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be the bridge between homeowners and our roofing crews — providing clarity, options, and top-tier customer care.

• Meet with qualified leads at their home or business

• Inspect roofs (visual or drone — we’ll train you)

• Explain issues and recommend solutions in clear terms

• Prepare detailed estimates and help with financing if needed

• Stay in touch with customers during their roofing project

• Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff

What We’re Looking For

Here’s what makes a great fit for this role:

• Strong people skills and confidence in face-to-face settings

• Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales experience is a big plus

• Organized, with solid follow-up and communication habits

• Tech-savvy (you’ll use CRM tools, email, and photo apps)

• Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle

• Willingness to climb ladders and walk roofs when needed (training provided)
