This isn’t your typical sales job — we provide you with warm, qualified solar leads and in-person consultations, but you’re also responsible for generating new business. That means educating homeowners on solar solutions, building trust, solving energy concerns, and actively creating opportunities through door knocking and relationship building.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the bridge between homeowners and our solar team — educating families, providing options, and delivering top-tier customer care.
Meet with qualified solar leads at their home or business
Assess energy usage and roof suitability (we’ll train you on tools)
Explain solar benefits and financing options in clear, simple terms
Prepare custom proposals that maximize savings and efficiency
Guide homeowners through incentives, rebates, and tax credits
Stay in touch with customers during the installation process
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For
Here’s what makes a great fit for this role:
Strong people skills and confidence in face-to-face settings
Sales experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement is a big plus
Organized, with solid follow-up and communication habits
Tech-savvy (you’ll use CRM tools, proposal software, and apps)
Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
Willingness to learn solar technology and stay updated on industry trends
