Storm damage. Handled.
Hail, wind, and tree-strike damage handled end-to-end with your insurance carrier. We document, file, follow up, install, and warranty. You cover the deductible and not much more.
Six steps, end to end.
From the first inspection through final invoice, here's exactly what we handle on a storm-damage claim. You'll know what step we're on at every point.
01
Free Inspection
We climb the roof within 24–48 hours, photograph damage at full resolution, and check soft metals, shingles, decking, and gutters.
02
Damage Report
Written report you can share with your insurer: damage location, mechanism (hail / wind / tree-strike), severity, and recommended remediation.
03
Claim Filing Support
We help you file with your carrier and brief the adjuster on what we found. We're on-site when they inspect.
04
Scope of Loss
Once the carrier issues an estimate, we review line-by-line. If the scope misses items we documented, we supplement the claim.
05
Install
Same crew and standards as any other install. Manufacturer-spec materials. Magnetic nail sweep. Job-site walkthrough.
06
Final Invoice
We invoice the carrier directly via insurance assignment, you cover the deductible. 15-year workmanship warranty in your hand before we leave.
The Standard
Things we won't do.
✕
Waive your deductible
It's insurance fraud. Anyone offering this is putting your claim at risk.
✕
Door-knock after a storm
We don't run storm-chasing routes. You'll find us. We won't show up uninvited.
✕
Pressure same-day signatures
Take the rate card home. Sleep on it. Ask another roofer. We're not going anywhere.
✕
Bait-and-switch materials
What's on the rate card is what gets installed. Material substitutions only with written approval.
✕
Hand your roof to strangers
We work with a set bench of insured crews, job after job, supervised by us. No rented trucks, no faces nobody can name.
✕
Ghost after warranty
We answer the phone. The 15-year workmanship warranty isn't worth more than the company behind it.

Storm Damage FAQs.
Should I file a claim if I'm not sure I have damage?+
Get a free inspection first. Most hail damage isn't visible from the ground. If we find documented damage we'll show you photos. If we don't, no harm done. Don't file blind; filed-and-denied claims sometimes count against your record.
How does the deductible work on a storm damage claim?+
Texas wind/hail deductibles are typically 1–2% of dwelling coverage. You pay the deductible to us; the carrier pays the balance of the approved scope. The deductible is the homeowner's legal responsibility under Texas law. Anyone offering to 'waive' it is committing insurance fraud.
Will filing a claim raise my premium?+
Texas insurance law restricts non-catastrophic storm-damage claims from being used as a basis for non-renewal or premium increases on most policies. We can't give legal advice, but in practice claim-related premium impact is rare. Confirm with your agent.
What if the adjuster denies the claim?+
We re-inspect with you and the adjuster present, present our documentation, and request a re-inspection if warranted. Many initial denials get overturned with proper documentation.
How long do I have to file after a storm?+
Most Texas policies require notice within one year of the date of loss, but earlier is always better: evidence degrades, other roofers' work covers up damage, and adjusters get backed up after major storm events.
