Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Nine Line Roofing Co. ("we," "us") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We provide residential and commercial roofing services, including replacement, repair, storm-damage restoration, and related work across Central Texas and the DFW area. Descriptions on this site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Unforeseen conditions discovered during work (for example, hidden decking damage) may require a written change order.
Workmanship warranty
Eligible installations carry our 15-year workmanship warranty as described on our warranty page and in your written agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer.
Scheduling, weather & delays
Roofing work is weather-dependent. We may reschedule for safety or quality reasons. We make reasonable efforts to communicate timing but are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, balances are due on completion. For insurance claims, scope and payment follow the terms of your agreement and your carrier's approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
